Accounts Controller

As our Accounts Controller, Phoebe is integral to Express Recruitment’s daily and the smooth sailing of accounting processes within each department. Phoebe’s position within the Accounts Team is fast-paced and requires high levels of organisation, attention to detail and communication between all areas of the business. You will most often find Phoebe’s focus on our Temporary Division’s weekly payroll, ensuring our temporary candidates and clients receive a well-coordinated, efficient and expert service.

After joining the Express Family in September 2022, Phoebe quickly progressed from Business Administration to Accounts and Finance, completing her Level 3 AAT qualification. She has gone from strength to strength since joining the team and plays a key part in keeping the business running.

Outside of work, Phoebe loves travelling abroad and exploring the same place. She is a big fan of a good pub trip and is happiest when she is surrounded by her family. She makes the most of every chance to get away from the desk and that same positive energy comes back into the office with her every time.
