We're seeking a friendly, confident and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join the team on a temporary weekend basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for university students looking to gain valuable customer service and professional workplace experience while earning alongside their studies. You'll be the welcoming face of the showroom, interacting with customers in a premium environment and developing transferable skills that will enhance your CV. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional weekday shifts during university holidays or around your timetable.

Skills & Experience
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or reception is beneficial
  • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the showroom
  • Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members
  • Provide guided tours of the showroom and introduce customers to the product range
  • Offer refreshments and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience
  • Support the wider showroom team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
