Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a reputable housing firm who are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their responsive repairs team, working on projects across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

You will be given the responsibility to deliver a range of high-quality repairs and maintenance services to customers within occupied properties across these locations, therefore previous residential housing experience would be beneficial. As part of the role, the successful candidate will also be provided with a company van to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks while providing an excellent level of customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking to make a difference within a high volume of properties, our client is offering an immediate start following a successful interview, and a company van and fuel card, mobile phone and company uniform will be provided.
