Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administration, reception or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records and processing information
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming service to visitors, clients and stakeholders via phone, email and in person
  • Manage reception and day-to-day administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is processed efficiently
  • Coordinate appointments, attendance records, communications and general office administration using internal systems
  • Provide administrative support to managers and colleagues, including preparing documents, taking meeting minutes and maintaining office resources
  • Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and support compliance processes by maintaining accurate records and reporting information when required
