Senior Personal Assistant

Overview

We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm based in Leicester, who are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their Corporate & Banking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant with strong experience supporting senior Partners/Directors in an office environment. who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment. The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Fee Earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of the team while managing a varied workload.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary role is essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confidential approach to client interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative while working independently and as part of a team
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners, including diary management, correspondence and document preparation
  • Organising meetings, events and travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions where required
  • Managing client enquiries, expenses, team deadlines and a variety of complex administrative tasks
  • Supporting business development activities, events and marketing initiatives alongside internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records, scanning and filing documents, and providing general office support as required
