We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing estate agency in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience to join a high-performing team offering genuine career progression, uncapped commission, and a supportive working environment.

There is a highly competitive remuneration package on offer, including a strong basic salary, an uncapped commission structure, and guaranteed earnings during your initial period while you build your pipeline. You will also benefit from additional earning opportunities through referrals, alongside a structured working pattern that includes alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator is essential
  • Proven ability to work within a target-driven sales environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Register new buyers and maintain regular contact with applicants, vendors, and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their property requirements and delivering an exceptional service
  • Conduct property viewings and professionally showcase available properties
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties throughout the process
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, contributing towards office targets and continued growth
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
