Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly regarded law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their successful Property team.

Alongside a salary of £50,000-£55,000 DOE, you'll receive a company pension, generous annual leave, free onsite parking and ongoing professional development within a well-established practice.

Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Minimum of 5 years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing
  • Confident managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent client care and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and committed to delivering a high standard of service
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handle a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build properties
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
  • Draft, review and approve legal documentation whilst ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing clear, practical advice throughout every stage of the conveyancing process
