Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established and highly respected East Midlands law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding Property department.

With over 40 years of legal excellence, the firm has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality private client and property services. Holding the prestigious Law Society Lexcel Quality Mark for more than 25 years, alongside accreditation under both the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and Wills & Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS), this is a business recognised for its exceptional standards and commitment to client care.

As the firm embarks on an exciting period of growth and expansion over the next 12 months, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected practice with genuine long-term career prospects. In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOE, company pension, generous annual leave, free onsite parking, full administrative support and the opportunity to develop your career within an established and ambitious firm.

Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Minimum of 2 years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing
  • Proven ability to independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handle a variety of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
  • Prepare and review legal documentation while ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver an outstanding level of client care throughout every stage of the conveyancing process
