Property Branch Manager

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected independent Estate Agency who are seeking an experienced Property Branch Manager to lead their busy Nottingham branch across both residential sales and lettings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and well-established business with a strong local reputation and impressive growth plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving branch performance, leading and developing a sizeable team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained across both divisions.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a basic salary of c£40,000 alongside a realistic commission structure of circa c£10,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday with long-term progression opportunities, and the chance to join a supportive and ambitious business with a fantastic reputation across Nottinghamshire.

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within the property sector
  • Strong background across both residential sales and lettings
  • Proven experience managing and developing successful teams
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on growth and results
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a busy sales and lettings branch
  • Lead, motivate and develop a large team across multiple departments
  • Drive branch profitability, performance and business growth
  • Support and mentor negotiators, valuers, property managers and support staff
  • Ensure consistently high customer service standards are delivered
