The successful candidate will play a key role in driving branch performance, leading and developing a sizeable team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained across both divisions.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a basic salary of c£40,000 alongside a realistic commission structure of circa c£10,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday with long-term progression opportunities, and the chance to join a supportive and ambitious business with a fantastic reputation across Nottinghamshire.
