Skills & Experience
  • Experience working within a passenger transport, fleet or logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of transport operations, compliance and relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to manage operational performance, resources and service delivery targets
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting financial processes such as budgeting, invoicing or cost control
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient day-to-day supervision of passenger fleet operations, ensuring sufficient resources are in place to meet service demands
  • Plan, review and optimise transport routes to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Support financial processes including budget monitoring, invoicing and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Assist in the supervision, development and performance management of drivers, escorts and operational staff
  • Ensure all vehicles and operations comply with relevant legal, safety and regulatory requirements
