Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within a Legal Secretary or professional secretarial position
  • Excellent typing, formatting and document management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and working within a fast-paced professional environment
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of legal professionals
  • Produce, amend and format legal documentation, correspondence and reports using copy and audio typing
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings, coordinate client appointments and prepare meeting documentation
  • Maintain accurate client files, assist with onboarding processes and ensure documentation is completed efficiently
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming service when liaising with clients, colleagues and external contacts
