Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor (1–6 PQE) for its expanding team based in Norwich.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the region's leading Insolvency & Corporate Recovery teams, recognised by the Legal 500 for its technical expertise and high-quality work. Acting on behalf of insolvency practitioners, businesses, directors and lenders, the team handles a varied portfolio of complex corporate and personal insolvency matters, offering exposure to work often associated with much larger national firms.

Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years' PQE
  • Previous experience within insolvency is desirable, although candidates from a commercial litigation background will also be considered
  • Strong technical ability with excellent commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop a long-term career within a highly respected specialist team
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage your own varied caseload of corporate and personal insolvency matters from instruction through to completion
  • Advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency, restructuring and corporate recovery matters
  • Assist with complex investigations, director claims, recovery actions and commercial disputes alongside experienced specialists
  • Build strong relationships with insolvency practitioners, clients and professional contacts whilst supporting business development initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider commercial team to deliver exceptional legal advice and client service
