Inbound Quotation Specialist

Overview

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly reputable engineering and manufacturing business, who, due to continued growth, are seeking a Inbound Quotation Specialist to join their internal sales team.

This opportunity sits within a dynamic and growing team and will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys combining technical understanding with customer engagement.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to c£32,000, 25 days holidays + bank holidays and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and technically advanced engineering environment.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in producing quotations within an engineering environment
  • Experience in a technical sales or customer-facing role
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and translate them into accurate quotations (Desirable)
  • Good communication, organisation, and administrative skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate estimates and quotations within required timescales
  • Support the wider sales team with technical input
  • Liaise with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to generate costings
  • Attend client sites and meetings where required to support project discussions
  • Represent the business at industry exhibitions and networking events when needed
