Skills & Experience
  • Native or C2-level German speaker
  • Previous customer service or people-focused experience
  • Candidates from care, teaching, support work, hospitality, retail or healthcare are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, resilient attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and live chat
  • Handle customer enquiries including orders, deliveries, returns and refunds
  • Resolve queries efficiently while meeting quality and service standards
  • Build strong customer relationships through friendly, personalised support
  • Confidently promote products and provide expert advice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience

Job Type and Hours
Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 weekends, Rotating shifts of 8:00am–4:00pm and 11:00am–7:00pm, Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
