Field Sales Representative – North

Overview

We are delighted to be working with a growing and successful consultancy business operating across the UK, who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Representative to join their expanding field sales team covering the North of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, building strong relationships, and closing high-value business deals. The role offers a starting salary of c£35,000, plus car allowance as well as an uncapped commission structure offering an OTE of c£60,000.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience within B2B field sales, or telephone-based sales experience with an interest in becoming field-based.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attending pre-booked appointments with business clients arranged by an internal lead generation team.
  • Presenting and promoting specialist consultancy services to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Identifying additional business opportunities within your region.
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Representing the business professionally and delivering an exceptional client experience.
