Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation who are seeking a proactive and customer-focused business enquiries executive to join their busy and expanding team, based near Nottingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales support, and account development. You will play a key part in supporting both customers and the wider sales team, helping to drive business growth while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This position would suit an organised, confident individual with strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships and develop within a commercial environment. In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of c£26,000 plus bonus and a great benefit package.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within a customer service, sales support or internal sales role
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to build relationships and proactively follow up on opportunities
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • IT literate with a willingness to learn new systems and product knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, including quotations, orders and general queries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring regular contact and high service levels
  • Support field sales teams through coordination and communication
  • Assist with market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, quotations and ongoing projects to support sales growth
