Financial Services Administrator

Overview

Looking for more than just another Financial Services Administration role? If you're looking to build a long-term career within Wealth Management with a business that genuinely values its people, this could be exactly what you're looking for. Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly respected, independent Wealth Management firm in their search for a Financial Services Administrator to join their close-knit team based in Bolsover.

Unlike many larger firms, this business looks after a carefully selected portfolio of around 75 high-net-worth families, with investable assets ranging from £1 million to over £30 million. As a small, family-run business, every member of the team plays an important role. You'll enjoy genuine autonomy, work closely alongside experienced Financial Advisers, and be part of a supportive environment where your ideas and contribution are recognised.

Whether you see your future as a Financial Services Administrator, aspire to become a Paraplanner, or ultimately want to qualify as a Financial Adviser, the business will fully support whichever career path you choose. Professional qualifications are fully funded, with annual salary reviews and pay increases awarded for every Diploma exam successfully completed.

Alongside a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 DOE, you'll benefit from fully funded study support towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, annual salary reviews, structured salary increases linked to professional exams, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a Christmas to New Year shutdown, workplace pension, death in service benefit, flexible working hours, 15 annual work-from-home days once fully established in the role, free onsite parking, regular company events, and the opportunity to join a genuinely friendly business where your career progression can be as ambitious as you want it to be.
