Senior Scheduling Co-Ordinator

Overview

We are delighted to be working with a growing and successful business who are looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Scheduling professional to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and playing a key role within a busy operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office, supporting a team of administrators and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of customer-focused service operations and ensuring all engineer scheduling is carried out to a top quality standard.

Experience within a service-led environment such as Fire & Security, Facilities Management, Engineering or a similar sector would be highly advantageous, however candidates with strong office management and operational coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

This role would suit someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys being hands-on within a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Service Administrator or Senior Administration role is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Experience coordinating teams, workloads or schedules would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills with experience using CRM, scheduling or service management systems desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting the office administration team, ensuring workloads are effectively prioritised and delivered to a high standard
  • Coordinating engineer schedules and operational activities to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
  • Managing customer portals, documentation and reporting requirements accurately and within agreed deadlines
  • Monitoring service performance, ensuring customer expectations and service levels are consistently achieved
  • Working closely with senior management to improve processes, support growth and enhance overall operational performance
