Skills & Experience
  • Native or C2-level French speaker, with excellent English communication skills
  • Previous customer service or people-focused experience
  • Candidates from retail, hospitality, care, teaching, healthcare or support work are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, resilient attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Confident using multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to the office location
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and live chat in both French and English
  • Handle customer enquiries including orders, deliveries, returns and refunds
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while meeting quality and service standards
  • Build strong customer relationships through friendly, personalised support
  • Confidently promote products and provide expert advice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Support customers across multiple markets, including the UK and Europe
