Mobile Caretaker

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a growing property management provider who are seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Caretaker / Maintenance Operative to join their friendly team, based in Dartford and travelling around the local area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining high standards across residential developments. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to c£17.00 per hour (D.O.E), alongside a company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, travelling between sites across Essex and Kent.

The successful candidate will carry out caretaking, cleaning, compliance checks, and basic maintenance work to ensure each site is safe, clean, and well-presented.
