Business Development Executive

Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast-growing and successful consultancy business based in Birmingham City Centre, who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, speaking with clients, and working within a fast-paced sales environment.

There is a starting salary of £28,000 on offer, with a highly attractive commission structure offering an OTE of £50k, working Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, with hybrid options available, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

  • Previous experience within sales or a target-driven environment
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Proactively contacting prospective business clients via telephone
  • Managing inbound enquiries and promoting company services
  • Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent communication
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
