Temporary German Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Overview

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international fashion company based in Nottingham, who are looking to expand their busy languages Customer Service team.

The role starts off on a Temporary basis to assist with an essential project; however long-term opportunities may be offered within this team. All applicants must be fluent in German and fluent within written and verbal English.

Skills & Experience
  • Bilingual written and verbal communication skills within German
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
  • Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers are supported during an urgent product recall
  • Handle customer enquiries via email and live chat
  • Use a bespoke CRM system to update confidential customer details
  • Resolve issues relating to escalations, availability, delivery and pricing
  • Share accurate product information to support sales and development
  • Maintain brand standards and act as an ambassador in all communications
