Express Recruitment are seeking an individual who possesses Quantity Surveyor experience to provide commercial and cost management support for a large client who offer excellent long term career progression, including the ability to work both in the UK and Internationally. This role will play a key part in delivering cost proposals for commercial projects and will allow the successful candidate to use their skills to ensure this vital part of the project is efficiently managed and completed.
The ideal candidate will focus on developing accurate, timely cost submissions through a mix of estimating, managing formal tender processes, and schedules of rates, and ensuring commercial robustness and compliance.
