This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a property lettings or sales background looking to develop a long-term career within residential property sales. Offering a basic salary of £25,000, uncapped commission with average annual earnings of approximately £12,000, quarterly incentives worth up to £1,000, 22 days holiday, access to a company pool vehicle for viewings, and clear opportunities for career progression, this role provides excellent earning potential alongside a supportive and rewarding working environment.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property, Sales, or a customer-facing environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with a positive, proactive, and professional approach
  • Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Register and qualify prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, vendors, and prospective clients
  • Progress property sales through to completion whilst delivering exceptional customer service throughout
