Property Branch Manager

Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly ambitious and fast-growing property business in their search for a Branch Manager to lead and develop their Leeds operation.

This role will suit an experienced people manager from a property, hospitality, or customer-focused background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of a growing branch, leading a team while driving new business and delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, alongside an attractive bonus structure offering an additional c£6k.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in lettings or property management, having previously managed a team
  • Commercial mindset with experience in winning new business and building client relationships
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working occasional Saturdays
  • Full clean UK driving licence
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Lettings Consultants and Property Managers
  • Drive the growth of the branch by securing new landlords and expanding the property portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and investors
  • Oversee lettings performance and asset management across the portfolio
  • Manage the full lettings process, including marketing, administration, and reporting
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, including conducting 1-2-1s and annual appraisals
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring compliance, organisation, and smooth day-to-day running
