Due to internal restructuring, our client is confidentially seeking an independent and commercially focused Marketing and Lead Generation Executive to take ownership of their marketing function and drive measurable growth.
This is a hands-on, lead-generation focused role, ideal for a motivated marketer who thrives on autonomy and delivering tangible results. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a minimum of 10 high-quality leads per month through a mix of direct and channel marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution within a business with ambitious growth plans of 20% year-on-year.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE), alongside the opportunity to shape and develop a marketing function with genuine freedom and influence. The role will be fully office-based for the first six months, moving to hybrid working (2 days from home) thereafter.
