B2B Area Sales Executive – Mansfield

Overview

In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own diary, plan your day and sales strategies, build long term relationships with businesses across your region and have the opportunity to see your work have a genuine positive impact on the business you work for!

Offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000 alongside uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of c£34,000+ as well as your own company car and fuel card, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys being out on the road, meeting new people and taking ownership of their own success, all of this whilst being supported by an ambitious company that genuinely rewards hard work and results.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within Business Development, Field Sales or B2B Sales
  • A confident and personable approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Target-driven with a passion for winning new business and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across your designated territory through proactive field-based sales activity
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable solutions
  • Manage your own diary, planning customer visits and sales activity to maximise opportunities
  • Generate and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, guiding opportunities through to successful completion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using the company CRM system
